Machining Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define the machining technical vision in collaboration with management and technical stakeholders
• Provide technical expertise for New Product development projects
• Lead continuous improvement projects within the production division
• Support production teams in daily problem-solving and managing process deviations
• Conduct technological watch to stay updated on industry advancements
• Ensure proactive communication of machining activities to various stakeholders

Requirements

• Higher degree in a relevant engineering or technical field
• Proven experience within the watchmaking industry
• Specific experience in machining within a watchmaking environment
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Natural leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and unite teams
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of other processes related to dial manufacturing (surface treatment, bonding, washing, degreasing)
