About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the machining technical vision in collaboration with management and technical stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise for New Product development projects
- Lead continuous improvement projects within the production division
- Support production teams in daily problem-solving and managing process deviations
- Conduct technological watch to stay updated on industry advancements
- Ensure proactive communication of machining activities to various stakeholders
Requirements
- Higher degree in a relevant engineering or technical field
- Proven experience within the watchmaking industry
- Specific experience in machining within a watchmaking environment
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Natural leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and unite teams
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of other processes related to dial manufacturing (surface treatment, bonding, washing, degreasing)
