About the role

Responsibilities

  • Elaborate machining programs for production equipment, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Monitor and communicate task progress to relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in the integration of new products and processes and formalize reference states
  • Conduct production trials in collaboration with partner teams and write associated reports
  • Update technical data related to production means and operations
  • Rationalize and optimize manufacturing ranges to ensure efficiency and performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the production department

Requirements

  • CFC polymécanicien, Ingénieur HES, Technicien ES in microtechnique, or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in machining (turning, milling) with expertise in ISO programming and CAM
  • Proficiency in CAM software (ideally CREO and GibbsCAM) and CAD software (ideally CREO)
  • Advanced mechanical skills on machining tools, including tool mounting
  • Methodical and rigorous approach with strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to work in a team with a preference for hands-on field work
  • Availability to undergo initial training in Geneva before continuing the mission in Fribourg
