Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machining machines independently
• Manufacture individual parts, assemblies, and small series according to drawings
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards
• Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machining machines
• Conduct quality controls from incoming goods to the delivery of the finished product
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and optimizations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (Zerspanungsmechaniker) specializing in turning technology, industrial mechanic (Industriemechaniker), or comparable
• Experience operating conventional and CNC-controlled lathes, ideally with Siemens Sinumerik 840D control
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
• Basic computer skills for operating ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in shifts
