Machining Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fully automatic machines and systems in milling and turning centers
• Ensure manufacturing quality of demanding products and workpieces
• Modify existing programs as required
• Contribute to process optimization, including minimizing malfunctions and determining optimal cutting parameters
• Perform minor machine repairs and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (Zerspanungsmechaniker)
• Good CNC knowledge, ideally with experience in multi-spindle automatics or milling/turning centers
• Proficiency in Sinumerik, Heidenhain, or Fanuc programming languages
• Ability to work in a three-shift system (early/late/night)
• Skilled in using measuring and testing equipment
• Good general IT skills
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays if required
• Reliable team player
