Machining Mechanic CNC Milling

Responsibilities

• Create milling programs for 3 and 5-axis mechanical processing
• Manage and maintain CNC data
• Set up and monitor CNC machining machines
• Perform maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure high-quality production standards
• Handle operational data recording (BDE)

Requirements

• Completed training as a machining mechanic specializing in CNC milling
• Proven experience in 3 and 5-axis mechanical milling
• Experience with programming, specifically using Heidenhain controls
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Strong commitment, flexibility, and resilience
• Ability to work effectively in a team with good communication skills
