About the role
Responsibilities
- Learn the drawing and manufacturing of precision components using lathe or milling machines
- Operate and program modern computer-aided machining systems (CNC)
- Master fundamental metalworking processes and techniques
- Apply various metal technology processing methods in a professional workshop environment
Requirements
- At least a good secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss)
- Strong mathematical understanding and manual dexterity
- Interest in both manual craftsmanship and working with computers
- High level of willingness to learn and proactive initiative
- Strong concentration skills and a healthy team spirit
