Machinery Repair/Millwright

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing machinery including conveyors, pumps, and compressors
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Perform regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and diagnose mechanical issues
• Dismantle, move, reassemble, and perform precision alignment on equipment
• Conduct rigging and lifting operations
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve issues
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including Lock out Tag Out (LOTO) principles
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and assist in testing new machinery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of mechanical experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of schematics and Lock out Tag Out principles
• Physical strength to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule (alternating day/night shifts)
• Willingness to work on-call, overtime, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman license
