About the role
Responsibilities
- Sample injection molding tools and article changes to ensure production feasibility
- Optimize processes for new injection molding tools and product modifications
- Test new materials and colors, considering compatibility with existing production aids
- Optimize injection molding machine processes within ongoing production
- Improve processes for feeding and acceptance devices, including industrial robots
- Archive trial materials, colors, and process parameters for new articles
- Serve as a training officer for apprentices in plastic and rubber technology
Requirements
- Completed vocational training with expertise in plastics (e.g., Plastic and Rubber Technologist)
- Several years of experience in operating and setting up injection molding machines
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- AEVO certification is desirable
