Machine Setter

Responsibilities

• Prepare and start up production activities
• Perform line changeovers and equipment setups
• Adjust and regulate various machines and systems to ensure optimal operation
• Conduct necessary checks, including verification and in-process controls
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor breakdowns to prevent machine downtime
• Perform daily machine maintenance and document all operations accurately
• Assist with line replenishment, machine cleaning, and maintaining workspace cleanliness

Requirements

• A2 electro-mechanics qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience working within a GMP environment
• Strong technical and process insight
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Organized, accurate, and constructive mindset
• Willingness to work in a 2 or 3-shift rotation
