Machine Setter

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery to ensure seamless operations throughout the night
• Perform regular inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Monitor production output to guarantee quality standards are met
• Document machine settings and production data accurately
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve nightly targets
• Adhere to health and safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience as a machine setter or in a similar production role
• Understanding of machinery operations and maintenance in food production settings
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
