About the role
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive Grantek proposals based on client win strategies
- Assess pricing, identify potential risks, and craft winning proposals
- Architect and present customer solutions and architectures to technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key clients
- Execute machine safety assessments and consulting services
- Collaborate with Practice, Marketing, Delivery, and Engineering teams to support sales and project execution
Requirements
- B.Sc. Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree/certification
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or team-based environments
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and engineering design principles for machine safety
- Experience with the machine safety facet of automation projects
- Knowledge of project management, strategic pricing, and business strategy
- Ability to travel 30-50% across North America
Preferred Qualifications
- TUV Rhineland or Nord certification
