Machine Operator/Wire Spooler

Responsibilities

• Operate wire spooling machines to maintain continuous production
• Load, thread, and manage wire spools following strict safety procedures
• Ensure consistent, high-quality product output every shift
• Package finished products and move materials using a fork truck
• Track production and inventory data using a computer system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined or comfortable working with industrial equipment
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable work ethic and readiness to learn new skills
• Diploma or GED preferred

Benefits

• Starting pay of $19/hr with premiums available as skills increase
• $1,000 signing bonus
• Consistent 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
• Three-day weekends every week
• Paid training provided (no prior manufacturing experience required)
