Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and fill the agglomeration plant at the Wartenberg facility
• Store processed recyclable materials and stack bales using wheel loaders, excavators, and forklifts
• Empty, weigh, and load containers for shipment
• Maintain and service industrial vehicles to ensure operational readiness
• Work full-time shifts with industry-standard premiums

Requirements

• Licensed or experienced in operating wheel loaders, excavators, and forklifts
• Prior experience in a recycling or industrial plant environment preferred
• Strong reliability and team-oriented mindset
• Interest in equipment care and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with plant operating procedures and workflows
• Hands-on experience in recycling or waste-management facilities
