Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to work instructions
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
• Perform routine equipment adjustments to maintain production efficiency
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Read work orders, production schedules, and basic blueprints
• Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate production equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude to identify and resolve minor machine issues
• Experience using measuring tools and performing quality inspections
• Ability to read work instructions, production documents, and basic blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
