Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment
• Maintain proper product flow to meet service level goals
• Maintain a safe work environment following 6S principles
• Ensure all products meet specifications and quality standards
• Properly complete all documentation and labels
• Handle scrap, rework, and mixed product correctly

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to use and operate basic tools, equipment, and gages
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read and write English to understand safety and quality instructions
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull between 5 to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm)
