Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple cold forming and parts forming machines on the 3rd shift
• Perform machine adjustments and replacements to maintain part quality
• Conduct catch pan quality checks and troubleshoot production issues
• Separate dies and inserts and move scrap or finished parts from machinery
• Operate forklift/PIV to move tubs and raw materials as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills for data entry and looking up job information
• Ability to read measuring equipment including micrometers and calipers
• Ability to lift 5-25 pounds regularly and occasionally 25-65 pounds with assistance
• Must supply own tools and micrometers
• Ability to work overtime and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching
