Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality builds in an efficient manner within a technical manufacturing environment
• Conduct defined processes accurately to meet production targets
• Maintain production documentation records correctly and ensure they are up to date
• Support the Team Leader in maintaining cell efficiency
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing philosophies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing, production, or assembly environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques
• Proven mechanical fault-finding skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Understanding of quality, cost, efficiency, and safety standards
