Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Run, clean, and set up factory equipment to maintain efficient production flow
• Operate and monitor cutting and packing machines
• Perform 30-minute quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and production data
• Work with the shift team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety, food safety, and hygiene regulations
• Identify and report equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating and setting up production machinery
• Experience in a food manufacturing or high-care environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Detail and quality-focused with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting
• Proactive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
