Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and run machine jobs to fulfill customer orders
• Maintain high standards for quality and on-time delivery
• Manage job inventory following established procedures
• Complete required paperwork and enter maintenance requests via computer
• Follow approved processes for tooling, prints, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• Good computer entry skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cable manufacturing or light electronics manufacturing
• Ability to read and understand job specifications, schematics, and prints
• Basic math and statistics interpretation skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Technical degree or certificate
