Machine Operator (Punch)

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean punch machines and equipment
• Maintain proper product flow to meet service level goals
• Maintain a safe work environment following 6S principles
• Ensure all products meet specifications and quality standards
• Properly complete all documentation, labels, and scrap/rework handling

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience as a machine operator
• Ability to use and operate basic tools, equipment, and gages
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull between 5 to 25 pounds
• Proficiency in reading and writing English to understand safety and quality instructions
• Flexibility to work overtime
