About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean printing machines and equipment
- Maintain proper product flow to meet service level goals
- Maintain a safe work environment following 6S principles
- Ensure all products meet specifications and quality standards
- Properly complete all required documentation and labels
- Handle scrap, rework, and mixed products correctly
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of experience as a machine operator
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions
- Ability to use basic tools, equipment, and gages
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read and write English to understand safety and quality instructions
- Physical ability to perform light lifting, pushing, and pulling (5 to 25 pounds)
- Flexibility to work overtime
