Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and clean Multi-Vac sealing machines and other specialized production machinery
• Seal prepared meals according to production schedules, safety, and quality standards
• Lead shift planning and coordination to ensure successful machine operation and collaboration with packing teams
• Transport crates of sealed food products to designated packing areas
• Communicate supply needs to the decanting and production teams
• Manage food dating, labeling, and rotation standards for finished and unfinished products
• Collaborate with team members to maintain production efficiencies

Requirements

• Previous experience operating comparable machinery
• Ability to stand for the duration of a full shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
• Ability to work safely using proper lifting and bending techniques
• Ability to work effectively within a team and assembly line setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production environments
