Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production lines, removing or shifting materials to facilitate proper flow
- Ensure package and product quality while operating manufacturing equipment safely
- Perform running maintenance, housekeeping, and light-duty troubleshooting
- Execute CIP/Sanitation and clean equipment during and after shifts
- Monitor, measure, and report system performance and conduct quality control requirements
- Perform product and package changeovers and maintain accurate records of machine operations
- Communicate with managers, mechanics, and other operators to solve problems
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a machine operator role
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of machine limits and capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Heavy Machinery, Operations, or a related field
