Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and operate manufacturing equipment such as CNC and Edge Coaters
• Calculate and derive dimensional information from various types of drawings
• Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality checks using measurement tools
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following 5S and safety guidelines
• Complete required paperwork accurately to ensure production record integrity
• Rotate through different department workstations based on business needs
• Participate in continuous improvement activities within the lean manufacturing environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Proficiency in basic math skills (adding, subtracting, and dimensional calculations)
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures
• Physical ability to stand for 10-12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, and perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
