Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment including well saws, vertical bandsaws, CNC mills, and manual lathes
• Assist skilled machinists within the cutting department
• Read and interpret drawings, charts, specifications, and work instructions with high accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure smooth production
• Ensure top-quality outcomes through deep focus and attention to detail

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, charts, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for extended periods
• Safety-conscious mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
