Machine Operator (Lathe)

Responsibilities

• Produce parts autonomously using production processes in compliance with Andritz technical and quality standards
• Maintain machinery by cleaning, lubricating, and refilling supplies
• Perform minor repairs to ensure proper machine functioning and operational safety
• Manage production sequencing and identification of raw materials and semi-finished products

Requirements

• High school diploma and a professional course in mechanics
• Extensive experience with mechanical lathes and machining centers
• Experience with field metallization
• Proficiency in operating mandrels, milling machines, and metallization machines
• Knowledge of setup processes (tools and parts) and machine structures
• Ability to use measuring instruments and control devices
• Availability to work in shifts
• Availability for travel and based in the Araucária – PR region
