Machine Operator III

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple pieces of industrial equipment in a one-piece flow process
• Troubleshoot assigned machines and processes to ensure efficient production
• Perform operator maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks
• Assess manufacturing schedules to minimize waste and maximize throughput
• Develop and execute plans to achieve production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards
• Manage administrative duties and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
• Maintain general housekeeping (5S) of the work area and department
• Collaborate effectively with safety, quality, maintenance, and management teams

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year of machine operating and setup experience in an industrial environment
• Fundamental technical knowledge of electronic sensors, pneumatics, and HMI
• Proficiency in mathematics and optimization of cycle time
• Extensive knowledge of personal hand tools and their safe use for equipment adjustment and maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Strong reliability, initiative, and commitment to quality
