Machine Operator II (Roller)

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced operation and maintenance of complex machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Oversee the production process to ensure all quality standards are met
• Conduct advanced mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and quality control inspectors to maintain efficient operations
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced operators to share technical knowledge

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in operating and managing sophisticated, complex machinery
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
• Clear communication skills for effective team interaction
