Machine Operator I

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery and detect malfunctions during operation
• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and dimension styles
• Interface with engineering to program, set up, and run machines
• Load parts into machines and manage production cycles
• Perform basic mechanical adjustments and stay current with TPM requirements

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment (press brake experience preferred)
• Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools such as drills and screw guns
• Ability to lift and move 40 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Successful completion of drug and background screening
