About the role
Responsibilities
- Safely operate production machinery and detect malfunctions during operation
- Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and dimension styles
- Interface with engineering to program, set up, and run machines
- Load parts into machines and manage production cycles
- Perform basic mechanical adjustments and stay current with TPM requirements
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment (press brake experience preferred)
- Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements
- Proficiency with common hand and power tools such as drills and screw guns
- Ability to lift and move 40 lbs regularly
- Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Successful completion of drug and background screening
