Machine Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform changeovers on production lines according to production plans
• Set up and adjust machinery to ensure product quality and smooth operation
• Perform operational troubleshooting and minor repairs, collaborating with the maintenance department when necessary
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on equipment
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections and repairs
• Assist in training colleagues in coordination with trainers and Team Leaders
• Work within a 3-shift manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Experience working with automatic production lines
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• High level of independence, responsibility, and a team-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical education or vocational training
• Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience with machine setup and technical adjustment
