Responsibilities

• Assist Line Leads with repair, part replacement, adjustments, and preventive maintenance of filling and packaging equipment
• Adhere to all safety policies including Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), hot work, and confined spaces work
• Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery such as pulverizers, blenders, conveyors, and labelers
• Perform set-ups of production lines according to product and customer specifications
• Disassemble filling equipment for cleaning and sanitization and re-assemble after QC swab tests
• Record mechanical adjustments in Equipment Cleaning, Maintenance, and Use Logbooks
• Ensure machinery is turned off via E-Stop before performing cleaning or maintenance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and write English
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and manipulate up to a 500-pound drum
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
