Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery while following all plant policies to ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives
• Perform regular quality checks and assist with equipment cleaning and change-overs
• Maintain accurate inventory by reporting material usage and minimizing waste
• Ensure measuring devices are properly calibrated and work areas are kept clean
• Complete all necessary paperwork and data entry to support production tasks
• Adhere to all company policies and OSHA health and safety expectations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 0–2 years of experience in production operations (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for long periods
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and environments with occasional exposure to fumes or gases
