About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain semi-automatic encapsulation machines
- Adjust machine parts, settings, and powder levels to ensure proper weights and capsule fills
- Break down, clean, and assemble machines to maintain high QC cleanliness standards
- Follow production schedules to complete orders efficiently
- Perform routine daily maintenance and properly store machine parts
- Manage powder flow and change out auger and shoe pieces as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work in a messy environment involving vitamin powders
- Willingness to wear required PPE including coveralls, hairnets, booties, gloves, and masks
- Ability to perform manual adjustments and constant monitoring during runs
