Machine Operator (Filling - Oils & Fats)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate filling lines, including filling, capping, labeling, case packing, and palletizing for PET/HDPE bottles and tins
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure production consistency and quality
• Monitor equipment during operation to identify and report malfunctions to supervisors
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards, checking for leaks, labeling accuracy, and correct capping
• Perform machine cleaning and assist with maintenance tasks according to schedules
• Manage production line changeovers by adjusting machine settings and replacing necessary parts
• Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, defects, and downtime
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to all safety protocols

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience operating filling lines within the edible oil or beverage industry
• Diploma, ITI, or other technical certificate in Electrical or Mechanical fields
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
