Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is fully functional and operated in accordance with plant standards
• Implement OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) initiatives and recommendations
• Visually inspect finished products and adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
• Communicate line issues and production gaps to the supervisor
• Set up machines according to production schedules with necessary equipment and materials
• Inspect ingredients to ensure plating follows recipes
• Perform light industrial maintenance and troubleshooting such as wrap roll replacement and cup fill
• Maintain overall safety during equipment operation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1 year of experience operating light industrial machinery
• General knowledge of maintenance principles
• Ability to work in cool or cold environments (10º - 40º)
