Machine Operator & Fabrication Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Work with brake presses, punch presses, and other manufacturing equipment
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
• Perform measurements and quality checks using inspection tools
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and productivity
• Handle material and move components through the production process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 5:30 AM)
• Willingness to work overtime
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and think critically
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Brake Press or Punch Press operator experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Experience with measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges)
• Forklift or material handling experience
• Mechanical aptitude
