About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure production equipment is operated following established processing, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures
- Plan workflow for efficient equipment operations
- Perform on-line process quality testing
- Assist Maintenance in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Interface with other functional departments to resolve operating issues or improve process quality and efficiency
- Comply with all production related Quality Manual Procedures and Systems
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic operations involving decimals and fractions
- Ability to recognize specific symbols and comprehend technical vocabulary
- Ability to read calibrated scales and apply rules to symbolic systems
- Ability to understand complex written meaning and verbal concepts
