Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate looming machines in the Tape Department to produce high-quality yarn products
• Load and maintain required amounts of raw materials on reels
• Monitor and maintain fluid, lube, and print quality levels
• Program printers to apply required messaging to products
• Perform quality checks on the line and equipment to ensure product integrity
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and maintain a neat, orderly work area
• Adhere to all safety requirements, SOPs, and GMPs

Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to read and use measuring instruments
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of heavy equipment or machine operating experience
• Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack
