Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned production lines to meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Drive the production process to ensure products meet customer specifications and food safety requirements
• Follow standard operating procedures and "clean as you go" principles to maintain equipment and workspace
• Perform effective handovers with Maintenance and incoming shifts, reporting all faults and issues
• Coordinate local work team efforts, including managing breaks, lunches, and rotations
• Monitor machinery to ensure production meets targeted outputs and minimize waste

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Strong math, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work multiple shifts and schedules, including night shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving cold temperatures, high noise levels, and standing for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience
