Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures to meet targeted outputs
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards using "clean as you go" principles
• Monitor the production process to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks on automated mechanical processes
• Ensure effective handovers with Maintenance and incoming shifts by reporting all faults and issues
• Coordinate local work team efforts, including managing breaks, lunches, and rotations
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety requirements

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work multiple shifts and schedules in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience
