Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery including CNC machines, resistance welding, brake presses, mechanical power presses, saws, drills, and grinders
• Maintain production requirements and ensure finished workpieces conform to specifications
• Monitor machine operation to detect and resolve malfunctions during the shift
• Pack finished materials into dunnage and handle loading/unloading tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and complete all required production documentation and tickets

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a related area of responsibility
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform continuous physical exertion (standing, stooping, climbing)
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and use safety equipment
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and use of a tape measure
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related machine operation experience
