Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery including resistance welding, brake presses, mechanical power presses, saws, drills, and grinders
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards
• Pack finished materials into dunnage and assist with loading and unloading tasks
• Inspect finished workpieces to ensure they conform to required specifications
• Complete production tickets and process monitor documentation accurately
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform continuous physical exertion (standing, stooping, climbing)
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and operating instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related machine operation experience
• Strong basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the use of a tape measure
