About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate a Metal Slitter to produce metal roof trim pieces
- Visually inspect produced trims against specifications for defects
- Operate rollformer to produce custom trim parts
- Enter production quantities for each order into the computer system
- Operate a forklift to move coils to and from a mandrel
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to operate a forklift
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repetitively
- Ability to stand or walk for at least 7.5 hours per shift
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperature changes
