Machine Operator - Cold Former

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple cold forming and parts forming machines
• Perform adjustments and replacements to maintain quality parts
• Conduct catch pan quality checks
• Separate dies and inserts
• Move scrap and finished parts from machinery
• Operate forklift/PIV to move tubs and raw material as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills for data entry and looking up job information
• Ability to read measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers
• Must supply own tools and micrometers
• Ability to lift 5-25 pounds regularly and 25-65 pounds with assistance
• Ability to work overtime and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Background in mechanical work or a related field is a plus
