Machine Operator - Capsule Polisher

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and perform cleaning to start production cycles
• Feed vitamin capsules into semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Periodically test machine operation and troubleshoot issues
• Check output to identify machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning, machine parts, tools, and production logs
• Lift barrels and orders up to 50 kGs
• Assist in other production areas as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work in a powder-heavy environment
• Understanding of production procedures
• Strict adherence to health and safety regulations and protective gear usage
• Strong attention to detail for cleaning and quality control
• Physical stamina and strength for lifting up to 50 kGs
• Teamwork and communication skills
