About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up, start, and operate Belt & Pack packaging and belt-joining machines
- Manage cut-to-length, skiving, packaging, loading, and unloading tasks
- Make machine adjustments to meet quality and production standards
- Monitor hourly output, downtime, and basic troubleshooting
- Follow safety, 5S/6S, BPS, TPM, and continuous improvement practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lb
- General math skills and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to adapt quickly and multitask
- Preferred experience in machine operations
