Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production process and ensure quality control of manufactured lids according to procedures
• Operate machinery and perform routine measurements using technical tools
• Diagnose causes of defects and troubleshoot common machine faults
• Perform basic repairs, replace worn components, and carry out scheduled machine maintenance
• Report all technical failures and collaborate with the Technical Department on machine operation
• Maintain the technical condition and cleanliness of operated equipment

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills
• Strong manual dexterity and a passion for hands-on work
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and height gauges
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Ability to diagnose and repair typical machine faults
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and reliability
• Readiness to work in a 3-shift system within a continuous production environment (4-brigade system)
• Technical or vocational education is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a continuous production environment
• Prior experience with technical maintenance or machine operation
