Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment according to standard procedures to ensure safe and stable production
• Follow all safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly, and participate in safety audits
• Identify and report equipment deviations or process abnormalities to supervisors
• Support basic troubleshooting, minor machine downtime resolution, and regular cleaning tasks
• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections using measuring instruments
• Minimize material waste through correct machine operation and handling
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical knowledge of machine settings and quality factors
• Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining an organized workspace and suggesting ergonomic improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a technical, mechanical, or industrial environment preferred
• Practical knowledge of basic mechanics, hand tools, and measuring instruments
• Secondary education diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
