Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment including cutters, folders, and inserters
• Maintain production flow to meet daily output goals
• Perform quality checks and make necessary equipment adjustments
• Track production and complete required documentation
• Identify and address issues early to reduce downtime

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment
• Detail-oriented with strong error detection skills
• Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout a shift in a fast-paced environment
