Machine Operator (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, dump trucks, excavators, or bulldozers
• Unload product hoppers and transport materials to designated storage areas
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (oil, fuel, etc.) and maintain cleanliness
• Conduct first-level and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Supervise site operations including earthmoving, leveling, and clearing
• Analyze terrain and job sites to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Provide daily activity reports to the Quarry Manager

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a CAP in machine operation or a BTS degree
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and work in the field
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong focus, rigor, and concentration

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quarry or construction environment is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety protocols
